Brigadier General Twanda E. "Tia" Young is a highly respected veteran, leader, and changemaker with over 30 years of military service in the United States Army.
She most recently served as Deputy Commanding General at Human Resources Command, overseeing an organization of more than 3,500 personnel and managing a $2.9 billion annual budget.
